Le Coq wine & Bistro, Taikooli, Shanghai :

“当我们喝酒时，我们喝下的也是过去的时光。

是那种植的时光，收获的时光，发酵的时光，还有那耐心酿造的时光。”

这家全新的Le Coq餐酒吧位于上海浦东太古里，设计以创建“步入式葡萄园”为主要概念，为顾客带来一场全新的沉浸式餐酒体验。

This restaurant is in Taikooli, Shanghai. The concept for this project was to create a walk-in vineyard.

一场沉浸式酿酒体验

The interior design displays the wine production, from grape to wine. The wood sticks on the wall represent branches, and the color led lighting means the grapes. In the staircase, the wood sticks gradually transform to become the wine cellar shelves, displaying the bottle of wine.

RooMoo通过对空间设计语言的诠释，将葡萄酒的酿制过程以抽象的表达方式融入到餐厅空间之中。选用尺寸各异、角度特别的木造格栅，“爬”在不规则的GRG造型的墙面之上，灵动勾勒出葡萄树的“枝干”，象征葡萄的LED灯“缀”满树枝，生动饱满。

伴随旋转楼梯的流动曲线，木格栅“葡萄枝干”逐渐变成酒窖用于罗列葡萄酒的层架，将自然的生命力与人类的智慧结晶巧妙联动，也蕴含了设计师对于空间及概念的考量。

Lighting system dimmers change the color of the light according to the time of the day. So, our grapes, color-led lighting, change color and intensity like a fine wine with time to pink and dark red.

灯光调光系统的巧思设计，可以跟随一天中的时间变化改变灯光的色彩。可变色LED灯的设计可以应对空间中的不同环境氛围，配合不同的情绪状态，让每位顾客都享有独特感官；同时也为运营提供了更丰富的灵感：用餐时适配柔和温馨的灯光，深夜开启“跳动”模式，闪烁的灯光为小酌的客人提供更为轻松愉悦的场景氛围。灯光颜色的转变由浅至深，也模拟了葡萄从青涩到成熟再到美味葡萄酒的进化之旅。

感知流动的空间

The overall atmosphere is wanted to be beige, using light beige bricks. Each brick is adjusted with a unique pattern to create movement, like a wind blowing on the wall and rotating bricks following the motion.

为了保证整体的淡雅米色色调，设计师在墙面设计中使用了较多的浅米色砖。有趣的是每一块砖都用独特的图案进行排列，以在静态中模拟运动的感觉，丰富了空间的视觉感受。像风吹拂着墙壁，轻柔的转动着砖。

不管顾客们坐在餐厅的哪一个角度，都有绝然不同的体验。

Full-height dark grey leather boards are like a warm blanket in the space to warm our guests on the second floor. All couches and the VIP room membranes use this dark grey, creating a strong contrast with the rest of the space and visually underlying the seating level.

在这里，温暖不再只是一种温度的代名词，而是设计在空间中营造出的全方位感官。二楼通高处的深灰色皮革板，像是为空间披上了一张温暖毛毯，为客人提供舒适、温和又安全的体验感。同时，在沙发和贵宾室的设计上，采用深灰色皮革处理墙面，与原本淡雅米色的空间色调形成强烈对比。米砖的特殊机理与深色系皮革材质交织，带来绝然不同的视觉冲击力。远观，增添了空间的时尚气质；近坐，感受细节与材料拼接带来的精致质感。

从色彩的感知到材料的触感，设计师将空间的情绪全然释放，也凸显了现代都市人的仪式感与生活格调。

“轻松”与“精致”

‘Wine makes daily living easier, less hurried, with fewer tensions and more tolerance.’

“葡萄酒使我们的生活更加自在，少了匆忙与焦虑，多了一份从容。”

This new venue can be a bar or a restaurant as it matches both function and atmosphere. Customers will feel comfortable having a drink or dinner any time of the day or night. It was a challenge for the design team to describe the area as relaxed and well-refined, as those two words can be quite the opposite.

这家全新的Le Coq Wine & Bistro餐厅，将酒吧与餐厅的功能融合。通过吧台的设计将室内外巧妙连接，形成一处多功能灰色空间，既能为餐厅引流、提供观赏，又为餐厅设置了一处过度的lounge以及休闲区域。不管是白天或是夜晚，顾客可以在任何时间，以轻松惬意的姿态来这里小酌一杯亦或是享用一餐美食。

太古里Le Coq餐厅同时满足了消费者对于餐厅与酒吧的功能性需求及氛围感营造，设计团队将业主对于同时满足“轻松”和“精致”的要求视为一种挑战，把两个看似简单、却在广义上完全相反的概念糅合、交织，并将其在空间的基调中精心诠释。

The bar on the ground floor level at the façade corner offers an excellent display with the wine cellar in the background to the customers walking by. The first floor wants to be more welcoming and more open, while the second floor wants to be more intimate with less seating, offering two VIP rooms on each side. The subtle elegance reminds us of European places and attracts Shanghai guests needing a space journey.

位于餐厅一楼外立面沿街角落的酒吧位，结合室内空间的酒窖背景，呈现一处别样景致。室内精致的空间设计与室外自然生动的城市景观交融，在不经意间吸引了过往的顾客。酒吧与建筑外立面的结合，也为路过的顾客用餐小酌提供了极大的便捷。一楼室内空间被寄予了更温馨、更开放的氛围体验，而二楼空间则配备了更少的座位以保持其空间的私密性，同时提供两个贵宾室可供顾客使用。设计团队希望通过空间的色调呈现以及设计细节的打磨，营造一处贴近欧洲感官的沉浸式体验。
